Refunds and Exchanges
♥ For hygiene reasons, I do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind on a purchase, so please choose carefully!
♥ If you need to cancel an order, please message me as soon as possible after placing it. If you have already received an email saying a shipping label has been created or your item has been sent, it is too late to cancel an order.
♥ If in the unfortunate case an item arrives broken, not as described or breaks during normal use within the first 14 days after it arrives, please contact me to discuss the matter :)
♥ As all items are sent with a tracking number, if an item doesn't show up for whatever reason it is at fault of the postal service, and you will need to follow it up with them.
It is best to send me an email straight to email@example.com to discuss refunds/replacements.
